5. Chennai Super Kings (240/5) vs Punjab Kings, Mohali
Year: 2008
At the moment, Chennai Super Kings(CSK) holds the record for the fifth highest team score in IPL. Batting first, CSK posted a huge total of 240 for the loss of 5 wickets. Michael Hussey scored the highest runs with 116* off just 56 balls. CSK won the match by 33 runs.
4. Kolkata Knight Riders (245/6) vs Punjab Kings, Indore
Year: 2018
At the moment, Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) holds the record for the fourth highest team score in IPL. Sunil Narine was the highest run scorer with 75 runs in 36 balls followed by Dinesh Karthik who scored 50 off 23 balls. While chasing Punjab Kings scored 214-8 with KL Rahul being highest run scorer with 66 runs of 29 balls while they lost by 31 runs.
3. Chennai Super Kings (246/5) vs Rajasthan Royals, Chennai
Year: 2010
At the moment, Chennai Super Kings(CSK) holds the record for the third highest team score in IPL. Murali Vijay was the highest run scorer for CSK with 127 runs of 56 balls while Albie Morkel also scored a important 62 of 34 balls. While chasing Rajasthan Royals was able to score 223 at a loss of 5 wickets with Naman Ojha scoring 94 runs of 55 balls and Watson scoring 60 off 25 balls.
2. Royal Challengers Bangalore (248/3) vs Gujarat Lions, Bengaluru
Year: 2016
At the moment, Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) holds the record for the second highest team score in IPL. Two hundreds were witnessed in this match, one by run machine Virat Kohli scoring 109 runs of 55 balls and another by AB de Villiers scoring 129 off 52 balls.
While chasing Gujarat Lions(GL) got all out at a score of 104 runs.
1. Royal Challengers Bangalore (263/5) vs Pune Warriors India, Bengaluru
Year: 2013
At the moment, Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) holds the record for the highest team score in IPL. The match also witnessed highest IPL individual score by Chris Gayle scoring 175 runs off 66 balls with 13 fours and 17 sixes. While chasing Pune Warriors India(PWI) scored 133 at a loss of 9 wickets. Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) won the match by 130 runs.
