Open the Wallapaper Engine and Choose any wallpaper you want form the installed section or from the WORKSHOP or DISCOVER section and to download the chosen wallpaper subscribe it and then Click on it to apply.While Choosing the wallpaper from Discover or workshop section make sure the steam is Running and logged in.

USING RAINMETER
After downloading and installing the rainmeter you will have the some Basics widget on the desktop to Remove them Right click on them and select unload. After you have done that Head over to this link. Here you will find many rainmeter skins and 95% of them will be free. Download them they will be in the format of ".rmskin" click on them and then select install the some rainmeter skins is applied directly on desktop after installling and some are not.So to apply the skin go to rainmeter software you will see the name of the installed ski,select it and click on load then the particular widget will appear on your screen.
